Membership Refund Policy
All members are entitled to cancel their membership at any time. Upon cancellation, a prorated amount that is due to the customer will be paid unless the user cancels within 30 days of their first membership period. If the member cancels within the first 30 days, we will issue a full refund upon the members request. Furthermore, unless the member violates a policy the user will be refunded the membership amount that was not used.
Trial Refund Policy
All trial users are not entitled to a refund at any time for their nominal $4.99. The trial is a small transaction to validate the product as a "test" and ensure you have not already completed a trial. Once you are a paying member and past your trial, please contact us any time to discuss refunds.
Spread Knowledge may request information from a User to confirm his or her identity. Such information may include but is not limited to, User’s address, credit card or payment related information and driver’s license number. Failure to provide the requested information will not result in termination or suspension of a User’s account. Receipt of invalid information may be reported to the proper local, state or federal authorities.
